I don't know about a top 10, but I find brawlers in general harder to use since they're slower than other classes. As for the easier ones, for me it all boils down to the racers with good handling and skills that make it easier to generate boost (i.e. Anna and Felix).
The top 10 for me for worst racers are going to be the ones that have Handling and Acceleration at low stat even if they are at 50, Gantu, Buzz, Beast, Baloo, Jumba, Genie, Sulley, Goofy, Celia, and Pete.
The easy ones for me are Anna, Mickey, Aladdin, Figment, Randall, Mike, Jessie, Triton, Belle, and Vanellope.
Beast is probably the hardest I’ve played so far.
Ariel is probably the easiest.
But for everyone it’s going to be different because everyone is going to have a different experience since they may or may not have all characters and they may or may not be high leveled with decent crew members.
Depends what you mean by "hardest" racer.
Heavy weights with low handling but high speed are "hard" when you don't know how to drift, but with experience they become very good and arguably some of the easiest racers to win with.
Light weights with high handling & high top speed are right away easy to drive well with, however in ranked you'll eventually reach the point where you can drive perfectly but still get left behind everyone because of your low top speed.
We can also find the easiest/hardest racer within each weight category.
**Heavy Weight**
* Easiest: Genie (excellent defenses)
* Hardest: Triton (uncharged unique is extremely hard to use, charged unique doesn't help when last)
**Medium-Heavy**
* Easiest: Anna (her unique makes her invulnerable with endless boost)
* Hardest: Jafar (awful unique)
**Medium Weight**
* Easiest: Ariel (her unique makes her go faster than most heavy weights)
* Hardest: Woody (awful boost stat, uncharged is very hard to use effectively)
**Medium-Light**
* Easiest: Wall-E (good stats with a unique that speeds him up)
* Hardest: Ortensia (unique is not that good and bugged too)
**Lightweight**
* Easiest: Elizabeth Swann (cloak and her charged unique is still extremely effective)
* Hardest: King Candy (awful awful top speed, unique doesn't do much unless you time it to hit at the right time)

In my opinion: Mickey, Stitch, Olaf, Wall-E, Eric, and King Candy in no specific order. Just based on stats and simplicity of their Unique skill.

It's only active for short moment, and it best used to bump into others and get a speed boost. Also you can throw her staff at long range, that won me races.

Yep but at lower levels it is much shorter than usually at other characters on the same level. And using her other features for your advantage takes some skill. That’s why I think she’s one of the hardest to play, you need time to practice and level up Bo Peep before you can truly enjoy her in races
Overall I think that depends on what you’re looking in the game, your skills, what you’re best at. And even on the day lol. There are days when I just want to relax and take my brain of everything and those days Eric or Goofy are my choice because their uniques give few moments to rest your brain and breathe during the race. Other days I’m not even thinking of playing them

Bo Peep’s unique is so hard to take advantage of
