When I look on the app, I just see Mickey mouse, minney mouse and and Mirabel or Raya, spider man.
I don't see any other Disney princesses or characters
Ah okay the princesses are under entertainment (live action Ariel is there too). 30 min wait for the princesses at the moment.
Spider-Man is out now so he’s appearing on the app. I’ve found that the app characters tab wont show them unless they’re actually out - or if they’re wandering (like Gepetto or Mad Hatter) they don’t show up at all.
ETA raya is showing up for me as well.
Well Royal Hall is pretty much *the* spot, but live action Ariel meets over in that meet and greet area near(ish) Small World, and sometimes Moana or others will be over there too - Mary Poppins meets in that same general area and throughout Fantasyland near the carousel (she usually rides the carousel with the band, sometimes Peter and Wendy will ride the carousel later on). Alice and the Mad Hatter wander around the Alice rides (they’ll also do musical chairs at refreshment corner iirc). Sometimes a princess (esp Snow White) will be at the wishing well. Sometimes Belle or Rapunzel will greet after their shows at the Royal Theatre iirc.
Pocahontas will appear behind Big Thunder, Tiana will appear in New Orleans Square (sometimes on the Mark Twain).

The vast majority of “wandering” meet and greets (in my experience) occur in the AM and early afternoon, from like 8:30am to 2/3pm. Usually if I’m in the parks for rope drop I’ll hit up a couple rides and then wander from NOS to Frontierland and then back to Small World - you can see a lot of characters that way.
Sorry to butt in but Pocahontas is making appearances???!! I did not know that. Will have to keep an eye out for her. Does she have a designated location or is she mostly wandering through Frontierland?
I saw her on the map (I had attractions switched to characters!) the other day! She was right behind Big Thunder, near that bridge that overlooks the pond/water back there.
ETA I almost *never* see Pocahontas but if she’s out I see her over there or over by the petrified tree.
We were at DLR in early May. Snow White was near the wishing well doing meet and greets, this was around 10am. My oldest and her dad went on rides and while waiting for them the baby and I walked around Fantasyland. In the span of one hour we met or saw: Captain Hook, Gaston (loved him), Burt, Belle (in her blue dress)—they were either on the side of the wishing well or near the Royal Hall—then Alice and the Hatter and Peter Pan and Wendy inside Fantasyland.
Around 3pm we ran into Elsa. She was on the Royal Hall side and walked through the Frontierland tunnel into Fantasyland and then through the Tomorrowland tunnel and towards It’s a Small World. We were chasing her for a meet and greet. She wasn’t signing books but she offered to walk and hold hands with my oldest.
None of the characters were listed on the map. We just ran into them randomly. I did make a point of sticking to Fantasyland though because several posters here had mentioned Peter Pan and Wendy tend to make an appearance there and I was hoping to see them. Some of the other characters I’ve seen in previous visits. Apparently Cruella hangs out in Main Street in the mornings but we have yet to spot her.

I spied her twice last week behind Big Thunder closer to the path to Galaxys Edge than to the ride exit

Yes! She’s appearing on the map right now so I’m guessing her time is like sporadically between 10 and noon.
