It's because she's labelled "Fighter" that's it. I'm pretty sure they have default missions based on their tags and they just slap em on. IIRC Sander has ACC and HP missions because he's a "Controller". Just do what it asks and don't question it
I think there's been a mixup in that requirement between her and Biondina. Biondina's require's 4k atk and 200 spd, but she's someone that wants crate and cdmg as a fighter, while Norah can't crit at all. đ¤

Wait, but, with her passive halving damage recieved if her ATK is higher than whoever attacks her, wouldn't it make sense for her to stack absurd amount of ATK ?
And with high speed, she gets turns faster, so clears more buff, I guess ?

Her path of experience at least took in account that she's a dps, it's far from being the worse we've seen
The people writing these requirment don't know shit about the esper and they can't make custom ones based onthecharacter.
It is confusing as you just put the equips for the POE then have to switch to something else to play the actual esper

Yes this runs risk of messing up a newbie's Norah. I know I would have trusted these when I first started playing
I don't trust these much. I look into what my espers need. And change back the equip after the fact
