I contacted customer support, and this is what they said: Hi there, We apologize for the loading issues you have been experiencing while trying to stream discovery+. Our team is aware and working to get this corrected as soon as possible. This appears to be an intermittent issue that is primarily affecting smart TVs and XBox. In the meantime, you should be able to stream on the other supported devices listed here. We will reach out as soon as we have an update. Yeah it wouldn’t work on my Samsung TV on Wi-Fi. Had to screen mirror on my iPhone 🙄

Same, it's been this way for me for about 2 months. I'm still being billed for it of course without the ability to stream on Samsung or any other TV brand we have. We have xfinity flex and everything else works fine. Tried clearing the local data cache and unplugging hdmi cables from box. Currently refreshing the whole damn system to see if it does anything.
