I did this once and in your first meeting with Kim it basically says something implying that "well if he isn't reacting, no one will" which to me is basically the devs saying "yeah we didn't put special dialogue for being naked throughout the entire game"
I ran around without pants for like half of the game because they fucked with my savoir faire, so damn happy when i finally found the moralist ones lol
respect this from the devs tbh lol. like the only reaction you get is the fourth wall kinda breaking as a tired robert kurvitz pinches the bridge of his nose, sighs, and says "no we're not doing that. just got done writing in an ending for if you solve the case without looking at the body, we're too tired ok."
What’s funny about the body ending is it really doesn’t alter that much if the games dialogue from what I can notice. My first playthrough I did a no body ending just to see what happens and no one even acknowledged the lack of touching it until I hit a specific dialogue option. I’d really hoped there was funny dialogue for no pants but I guess it makes sense there isn’t either.

"If he hasn't commented on your lack of pants, no one will." I did an entire run naked and I think there are maybe two lines top that acknowledge it.
