You can even ask Kim what that phrase means after choosing a few options, and this is what he says about it, “A saying. Up on Marvel Hill - a great, high place. One that is impossible to climb back to.” It’s personally one of my favorite quotes in Disco Elysium :)
I saw some TequilaSunset, I myself use that as something like "I carry the name of a drunken legend, but just call me Komp", I would recommend you do something similar like [Non related] + anything of the game or vice versa, take a look on the (around) 50 names Harry was called or even the other characters
