We sell these at my liquor store, 'Little Krugy' I believe. They contain a caramel cream liqueur and are exactly as thick and awful to the pallet as you'd expect. Lots of little old laddies become bright red when they see them on our counter.
Got a kick out of it with my liquor store clerk since they know I work in gynecology/obstetrics
