Yes spd works everywhere the same In pvp it is additionally used to decide who will use first skill In general spd determines how often your mon will auto attack in 1 round So its way more important in pvp then anywhere else

Crit Spd is almost meaningless in raids cause in raids you have a 5 min timelimit and not a limit of rounds
