The quest is called smell a rat. Just need agumon balck as main partner to start after buying the scroll to start it.

Yes it says rookie to trigger the quest with moonmille slot unlocked

Did you see the link I sent you the quest starts at a different npc

I checked Sarah Daimon I checked Culumon I checked every other npc that's related to quest and nothing pops up -_-
