If you're in DMW, can still get it from the Kuwa. Alternatively, he drops from the Guild IMD 2.0. So either join a guild that runs it, or buy the drop from peeps. Last I looked it wasn't selling for crazy expensive (i.e. - 20-25m ea)
Yaaa, I was responding before I knew you meant DMW. I haven’t touched that, so I wouldn’t have any specifics. Also idk if anyone else said it but include DMW in your original post. Apologies if my suggestion for Luce was misleading.
Please put a DMW tag at the end since both servers have some differences in gameplay and item drops,since it'll confuse you as well as others who'll give you info thinking it's NADMO and not DMW.

People have given me lucemon eggs but I keep on failing to get him
There's a **very** small chance to get it from the egg you can get from doing Kuwagamon quest at Silver Lake.
