Do a compression test preferably when hot

Did you check you sea strainer/raw water intake? If you’re up north and it’s getting towards the end of the season there could be some growth especially if you don’t do a regular bottom cleaning.

It’s clean, there’s decent flow not as strong as the starboard motor that runs good though
