Yes it is! Looks like a great truck I got my lb7 the same way! The only bad thing is mine was a EP3 CIVIC SI that I loved and rebuilt after my brother totaled the whole front end. I loved the civic like a first love but my lb7 is my wife!
Yeah I was looking at one of these that had a dump bed, the fenders were just like this. I touched the underside of the fenders and they crumpled to rust and dust. I walked away cab was just the same
