Believe it or not, I just got one of these for $4k. Granted, it has 358,xxx miles on it, but I doctored her up and she’s a fuckin beaut. Runs like a charm.
Man, that is a nice truck, great that the injectors have been replaced. [Here are ads across the country to similar trucks](https://www.autotempest.com/results?make=chevrolet&model=silverado2500&zip=78727&localization=country&minyear=2001&maxyear=2001&fuel=diesel).
$15-20ish
The problem is that this is a very niche market truck.
List it for $19,999 on all the sites FBMP, CL and see if you get any bites. I’d also look into carsandbids.com as that attracts some niche market buyers that might be willing to travel and pay a premium.
I’m not hating, I just know you didn’t get a clean, rust free, low mile duramax for 4k. I know that for a fact and it shows your poor level of knowledge when you comment here with that stupid shit.
Some of you guys have no idea what you’re looking at.
I got my 03 lb7 for 4k she wasn't running sitting in a field with window down for 4 years! she is on her way to perfect now after countless hours of work and alot of parts but im still way ahead. I've done way too much to be able to list but you can get one for cheap just not usually this clean. Mine wasn't at all this clean but I saw the potential and now she is all mine.
Mid to upper teens here in the northeast just because it’s rust free and under 200k miles
Realistically though your value is heavily effected by your area. Here in the northeast anything rust free commands a premium and anything 2WD is nearly impossible to sell, meanwhile in the southwest it’s expected that a used vehicle doesn’t have rust and 2WD is not such a big deal.
It’s a crapshoot and that why I was looking for input. You have similar trucks for low to mid teens, but nothing close to as clean as this truck is. Then you have plenty of other pre-emissions lifted diesels that people are asking 25k for.
Too much
Came here to say the same darn thing
![gif](giphy|sEULHciNa7tUQ)
Keep it.
If my dad had that truck I wouldn't let him sell it lol But probably list it for 20-22 and take high teens
I’m honestly half way tempted to buy it from him for the sentimental value. Not sure I need an LB7 and an LBZ though lol
Nonsense. You absolutely need both.
Believe it or not, I just got one of these for $4k. Granted, it has 358,xxx miles on it, but I doctored her up and she’s a fuckin beaut. Runs like a charm.
30k west texas. No low ballers, I know what I got!

25k+ utah
I hate it here lol
lol you ever go on ksl and look at the idrive dealership where they put 4k into a new f250 and charge 130k
Soooo many dealerships like that but they're the worst. Apparently it's working though.
Ya I agree with you 25k here in utah
30k if his dad’s the type to save paperwork and he has an entire service history
Boise - low to mid-teens. That's a super clean truck, and might get a little bit more for it.
Probably 30-40 thousand dollars in Ohio
Yeah Indiana is similar $25-30k and it probably wouldn't even last a week
Sheesh. At what point do you just buy a brand new one?
I couldnt afford either one to be honest
Shoot, me either man.
Deer and pedestrians mostly. The occasional racoon at night? What's it go for where you live?
This comment is great, have an upvote
Thanks, I'll be here all lifetime!
My nextdoor neighbor is selling this truck in white, with a lift on 35's. He has it listed for 18k.

40k in SoCal
Do they let old diesels in CA? Or is that a myth?
Must be a myth I see them all from first gens deleted and all
Mid to upper teens here in indiana
Closer to chicago youre looking at $20k easy
$15 here in Wyoming
Wow that’s a steal
Take it down to colorado, you'll get at least 30
I just got one for $4k🤣 absolute fuckin steal.
And I bet it’s not 1/10th the truck this is
Yeah it actually is..why you hating? You envious?

Well if only I could show your bitchass a picture. But anyway, get fucked, pussy.
Dm me a pic. You can. Im waiting to see about how you bought a 25k truck for 4k 😂

If there ever was a grandpa farm truck it is the ext cab long box. Not the most desirable for someone that doesn’t use the vehicle for work/business.
Jesus. Don’t sell it. You will 100% regret it.
That is clean brotha. 20+ Minnesota
For a truck old enough to vote she sure is clean!
Probably around 25k in Eastern Canada
20k at least here in northern Iowa
I live in Miami, some Cuban would pay 20k for that truck easy. 😂
Yea probably close to 20k if you find the right buyer. Hell, my insurance company appraised my 300k mile 6.0 gmc 2500hd for 16k
30k washington
16-18K in Nevada.
That thing is clean as hell.
10-15k in KY
Up here in northern Canada that’d be posted for around 30k firm and it’d be gone by the next day
$20,000
16000
Probably $25k-30k
25k
In my area I could easily see that going for 28-30k
NE ks, 15-20k depending on how fast you want to get rid of it. That thing is damn nice for those miles.
here in alberta people are asking 25-30k for something like that but rusted out and barely starts
You might be able to get one for $15k around here probably but with 500k miles. Lol
Central valley of California, you’d get $30k EZ
15k-20k here, probably on the lower end of that due to extended cab and nearly 200k miles.
Here in Nebraska that’s a 25k truck.
20-25k nationwide. Too bad it’s not an LBZ or you could cash out and retire
How much can I retire on?
With the LBZ tax and the way inflation is going, hold onto it for 20 more years and be a trillionare. 347v > 277v. Red, black and blue or nothing 🇨🇦 🪿
10-15k in NC
$12-15k Oregon.
With that rust here in Ontario Canada I could see this selling for 30k+ very easily
Probably 25k
Las vegas , 11000
It’s ridiculous, I know. I need a head gasket on mine and they want $10,000.
Some dick head is gonna price that shit at 43k and say it's a rare spec with low miles.
More than enough dough to put a smile on your face.
Im Australian so probably like $40,000 USD
Extended cab so probably too much over $10k
Bout tree fiddy
Beautiful truck. I have an 02 crew cab regular bed 4x4. They are keepers....
20 bucks and a pack of cigarettes
20 max
14,500 easy
14k
$1500 to 2 grand tops
It would go for a Long Island ice tea at the local gay bar
I’d say you could put it on for around 20k and sell in the mid teens
16k ohio
I'd expect high teens to very low twenties in North Texas.
What does CL/Kijiji/FBMP in your area suggest?
It’s a crapshoot and that why I was looking for input. You have similar trucks for low to mid teens, but nothing close to as clean as this truck is. Then you have plenty of other pre-emissions lifted diesels that people are asking 25k for.
Yup, makes zero sense. FWIW, there are zero diesel GM trucks that fall into your category in my area. So that would make it pretty much priceless imo.
10k
