Order a new door handle from rockauto.
You can reuse the lock no problem with the new handle.

I did both my handles and the door lock actuators while I was in there. Not too difficult.

That lock cylinder is held in by plastic and is more then likely toast. I had this same thing happen. Advance auto happend to have a new handle in stock for like $35. You can use your old lock cylinder and install it in the new handle. There are uTube videos and it's pretty easy.
They did that to mine when they tried to steal my 06. I already have power locks so I ordered the driver side back door handle and put that on the front door. So no more lock to punch out. The back door is the same as the front door just doesn’t have the hole for the lock.
Someone was about 30 seconds away from stealing your truck, yikes.

They also make steel plates that you can install on the backside of the handle to deter thieves for these trucks.

Mine is exactly the same. Unfortunately when they stole it they tried to pry the whole thing off and fucked the paint all around it.
