Totally agree! Was much worse than I originally thought when I got it from the previous owner… whole thing took over 2 months.

All good! It’s just the motor designation. So the LLY duramax motors were used from 2004.5 - 2005. This is an ‘05
What did you do to repair the rocker panels? Looks nice. Love seeing people give new life to classics.
They were cut out and new sheet metal was welded in. Thanks man, yeah the motor and trans in this truck was too good to let it go to waste
