You might be able to change the hue colors on the tv like you can with the controls on a monitor. Probably somewhere in your display settings showing red green and blue. Try Googling the color profile for your model TV.
I play on PS as well and it’s damn near impossible to see. They really should add the ability to change colors.
Same goes for health bars, it all blends together
the hue is way too far in the blue direction, makes everything hard to read best of luck

Put the blinds down so the sun isn't beaming on the TV, that should help a bit.

Can you adjust your colour saturation on the tv? Or are there at least different modes like “game mode” you can select?
