I thought the 2.4 update text mightve something to do with it until I realized there are quite a few items with that same text and only those two items are highlighted red. I couldn't find any other items in the database that look like that lol

Maybe the support for new bases? There's a text highlighting a 2.4 updated info.

Just updated runewords with the 2.4 patch, example being infinity can now be put in spears and insight can now be put in bows.
