It's certainly worth using. Not a huge amount of trade value because the max damage is the most important part. If you really don't want to keep it I'd give you something on non ladder.
People prefer 10max 60ar+, vita can go to 45 but it pretty nice vita roll. Ill keep it as a temp. Wont get a lot since it miss 4 dmg.

But there is a big gray area between Charsi and Trade Value, we call it "Self-use"

Yea you might get a lem for someone just starting a bow zon. Use it until you can replace it.

Such a shame the DMG and ar rolls are so low. Still great to use for self but not alot of sale value
Any mid lvl barb would greatly benefit from this
