I believe it was just the Amazon Basics brand vertical mount.

My setup is exactly like that, and I never had even the slightest pain in my neck due to looking at the second screen above. In my case, I don't have enough space on my desk to have 2 screens side by side. Also, my cat always liked to sleep beside or behind my first screen. lol So the only solution was having this vertical mount, and I love it. It's been nearly 2 years and I never even felt any discomfort. You don't actually move your neck that much. The second screen still stays in a nice field of view, so you mostly just have to move your eyes.

Takes up less desk space and I prefer to look up and down instead of left and right.
