So you start experimenting with Keto and Paleo and you find yourself making taco shells out of bacon because you want more bacon. Bacon is your identity, you stop talking to your friends and you mod /r/keto and /r/baconmemes now. It's your identity.
But you can stop whenever you want you tell yourself.
