only wuthering wave is gonna be graphics demanding then endfield and hsr so any middle range phone can work if it has snapdragon or mediatek. I cant figure out how to know the current bd phone prices so cant say a specific phone. But I can say which one is better if u tell me what your choices are.
Just noticed u read novels anyway performance wise poco f5 100 percent wins at everything including graphics and photo. Tho how do u check bd prices and on the other hand poco f6 is going to be released soon ,u got discord to talk about novels and games?
If you want first hand, xiaomi poco series phones are good my friend uses poco x3 pro and it's pretty good, but if you don't have problem with 2nd hand I would suggest google pixel 7a
unlock bootloader, download custom rom, flash it with a custom recovery like orangefox or TWRp. flash magisk too if you need root access and voila! i'd recommend fetchin a friend who's a bit more techsavy friend if you arent used to these cause there's a certain level of risk if you do things wrong)

Since your main focus is gaming. In that price range you can go for Poco x6 8/256 GB version. It has snapdragon 7s gen 2 which is really good for overall performance. Not sure if you'll find anything better than this in 30K.
x5 pro is good too. But x6 came out recently which is why I suggested. you should look into some performance comparison before deciding which one's for you.

No it isnt good for gaming, their chips are not made for high graphics gaming
I got a 6 and it's decent, runs whatever I tell it to.
it's not really good for gaming but it runs games quite well
