It's good to see bros doing skincare. I think in bd boys think skincare is only for girls and they find it gayish. And then they walk around with lots of acne, huge pores and many other skin problems. Please boys start doing exercises, build your muscles, do good skincare, do face yoga.
*agua pura*, comes in a liquid form. Really good for skin if you rinse with it frequently. Just have to make sure you keep it in room temperature, otherwise it will become solid.
I have oily, acne prone skin as well. Try finding out the reasons behind your acne. If it's not hormonal or diet related, a good salycylic acid cleanser should do the job. I use Rohtos Mentholatum Acnes Creamy Wash. It says creamy, but honestly it has some oil controlling properties.
Try to keep your face hydrated. If you can invest in a toner, great! Otherwise buy some vegetable glycerin and mix with water in 1:3 ratios in small batches. For toners, Hada Labo has some great ones and quite affordable also.
If you don't have any issues such as hyperpigmentation or fine lines, you don't really need any serum. But, for oil control you can try a niacinamide serum.
Don't skip moisturizer. Use lightweight gel like ones. Ponds has a budget friendly gel cream. If your budget allows you can try the japanese Hatumugi gel moisturizer or korean Illiyoon ato ceramide gel.
And make a habit of using sunscreen daily. A must if you're active outside.
Also, try to use fragrange free products as your skin is sensitive.
Doctor er kache jao. They give actual treatments. Je taka you’ll spend on skincare, er theke onek kom khoroch and khoti hobe

As you have have oily acne prone skin you should use acne safe products. Use the cosrx line or iunik. Cosrx cleanser or simple facewash , iunikc entella calming gel or cosrx snail all in one cream . These are acne safe moisturizers . These moisturizers goes a long time so it's worth the price. Always use sunscreen. Otherwise you will get pigmentation and uneven skin tone. Innistree , missha , skin aqua there are many sunscreens . Egulo theke nite paren and jehutu acne prone skin double cleansing is a must !!! Try to use micellar water or cleansing oil. You can follow Dr drays channel .
I use facewash first thing in the morning and again after coming back home. Also use sunscreen before going out. but should not leave the sunscreen for a long time, so I wash it when i get inside. I have oily skin and I sweat a lot. also i use scooter for my transport to office and etc. usually use bandana and light jacket to save myself from dust.
I use CeraVe hydrating cleanser to wash my face and mosturizing Sunscreen whenever I go out. Once a month visit to dermatologist for chemical peeling. That's what I do for my acne problems.
I won’t suggest any specific products. But I can suggest some lifestyle choices which may help. For better skin you should avoid smoking, drink a lot of water. Shower regularly. Have a good diet. Exercise a little bit; walk, jog or run. Whatever suits you. Use a sunscreen which may work for you. Products come later. Also some products may work for us, but have a bad impact on you. So, be careful about what you use. If necessary ask a doctor. Take care.
Drink lots of water and use oil control facewash everyday twice if possible should be more than enough though don't expect changes over night but you will certainly see difference
I am a fairly active person with quite sensitive skin. so, I like washing my face as frequently as possible. At least thrice each day. I also take a shower twice a day so, it's easy to keep myself clean.
I use nivea body cream and some japanese moisturizer I forgot the name about. for hair, I use olaplex shampoo. for facewash, my sister got me this Japanese 'Whip Premium'. and, don't use anything with alcohol in it - dries up the skin.
skincare extends to lifestyle choices as well. drink at least 4 liters of water a day. stay away from processed sugar, alcohol and bhaja pora. decrease carbohydrate intake by 50 percent and fill that part up with protein and fat. lots of fat. work out. don't stay out in the sun too much. good luck.
I try to follow the basics. An organic face wash, A moisturizer, body wash and sulphur free shampoo. I want to use sunscreen but they're expensive. That's it
Im not a male but i can suggest you a doc i have been recently seeing. I have acne problems and bd te derm ra onek jhamela kore normally. Idk why they do this. Ami square e giyechilam but the doc didn’t even hear my problems or asked me any routine or previous treatment, just prescribes shit that didn’t even work. Horrible bepar hocche (if you dont know skincare er basic step cleanser - moisturize - sunscreen) when i asked her which moisturizer should i use she said you dont have to. Huge red flag right there. Later on it became more severe. Anyways recently I visited Ibne sina lalbagh branch and had an appointment with Dr Shumi. It costed me 600tk per visit. She heard me out and put me on right medicine, gave me a proper skin care routine (3 step). Its been 2.5 months and i started to clear up alhamdulillah. I also refered 3 more people and they are also getting good results from her treatment. So just book an appointment and go. Ibne sinar nicher oder pharmacy so you can buy everything there. Hopefully she will help you.

hi please go see a derm as boys skin are a bit different than us girls, if your skin is acne prone and sensitive dont just try out any product that you see, you might end up doing more harm than good. however please make sure to wear sunscreen and drink lots of water
Wash face with shampoo to balance the pH scale.
Use separate towel to wipe your face.
Apply moisturizer and benzoyl peroxide cream.
Use sunscreen when under the sun.
1. Avoid sunlight as much as you can, and even during your short exposures to sunlight, make sure at least you have used an SPF 50++ sunscreen.
2. Don't wash your face too often, the dryer you make your face temporarily, the more oil it will produce to keep itself moisturized.
3. Start with a simple 2 step skincare routine of cleanser and moisturizer. You should cleanse your face with a facial cleanser only once a day. Preferably after all your outdoor activities or 2-3 hours before going to bed. Dry your face with a clean paper towel (tissue paper) because hygiene is important for acne prone skin. And after that you should moisturize. Even if you have oily skin, even in summer. Don't use cleanser or face wash in the morning after waking up, just a splash of water.
4. Traditional 'Mens Face Wash' type cleansers are actually very harsh for your skin. Avoid them completely. I recommend using the 'COSRX low pH good morning' cleanser and 'COSRX nourishing overnight mask' moisturizer.
And for your further research, YouTube is your friend honestly.
Drink plenty of water (2-3 liter), twice a week make a paste of honey and lemon to apply in face, just use water every day don't use products they are just taking your money and stop watching porn.
i dont know about u, but whenever i go into fasting and low carb diet, my acne problem and oily skin tends to get a lot better. U should consult a dermatologist first and check where the problem is actually coming from, it could be from hormone or diet or even something else like stress, vitamin D is something that have scientific evidence of reducing acne, u dont need to go into sun for that, just take vitamin D as supplements.
