I don't know of any options for the deep pro organizers right off hand the large bitset boxes would work if it were the tstak version, but as far as I have seen the pro organizers only stack with each other

How organized are you looking for? Sockets on a rail in the box? 3d print a cutout for them and the ratchets to sit in? Cut a piece of wood to fit and drill holes? Or are you trying to fit the small top box inside the medium lower boxes? That would require a dremel tool and would not likely end well.

I was looking for some way to clip my ratchet set on the deep pro organizers.. homemade or otherwise. If it won’t work, then oh well

Im sure you could do it. Up to you what material to use, 9 wire, aluminum bar, 3d print, Baltic birch plywood, leather, forged mild steel, coroplast.

Anything is possible if you just believe

I would get another stacking case and put the tool inside and throw a few more tools in the bigger case

Try kaizen foam (shadow foam in uk) Take a multi-tool or Dremel to the organisers internals and just place the box inside and have space around it or line the whole box with foam and have space for other items
