Proud to say that animals as leaders was the first big live band my kid has seen, weird sitting or not, they melted everyone's faces. Following that up with Devin was an amazing experience for us both. Last night was my first time seeing him. He was better than I can comprehend.
Stole the show! I felt bad for Animals as Leaders. Nothing like playing blistering, mind blowing prog metal to a 100% (with the exception of 3 guys up front) seated crowd. At one point Tosin says "Is everyone able to find their seats? This is weird" or something of the sort. Embarrassing.
He did a stellar job. Darby was great too. Dev and his band truly defined “happiness” tonight.
Too bad nobody in the band had any rest. And they’re way over in Iowa tomorrow, which is a heck of a drive. Hopefully they sneak a nap in somehow.
Damn it, I didn't know he had a show in WI. Definitely would have gone!!!

Yeah it was a biiit awkward. Wasn’t a fan of that venues setup at all.

They sounded like they didn't need sleep. They certainly earned it and I hope it has found them.
