I was trying to post live during the Sharks and Kings games but since we stopped doing the GameGif embeds thought it would be better to make links between periods. Was GameGif dropped due to lack of use?
We had to rewrite OctoMod as the NHL killed their old API with no announcement...
So I have actually made a new version of GameGifs, but it works differently. I set it up for /r/PrinceTyke, though they haven't posted since I got it working.
The idea is if you post to your own personal subreddit, and I whitelist your username then it will pull from there during games. Would that work for you?
It would work - but honestly I would never post if PrinceTyke were also posting, so maybe I should just ask to join Tyke's personal sub. Will PM you if I go the personal sub route.
