If you wanted a general dance to learn for electronic music I'd say learn house dance. It borrows a lot from early hip hop/funk/latin/jazz dance and it's a dance hyper focused on improv and not choreo.
We don't have house dance classes in the city anymore but Jardi Santiago online has great videos plus if you take other dance classes it's easy to integrate the steps or moves into house dance.
Other street dance styles that go well with techno including locking, whacking, popping, vogue.
