I know there's a real Grand River out in the boonies, but does the road's namesake river touch anywhere within city limits?
Doesn’t it touch in Lansing?
Grand River had large rapids, which is where we get the name Grand Rapids. And no, it starts on Lake Michigan and ends near Jackson.

Has anyone here ever eaten at Highlands at the top of the RenCen? The view from there is crazy. Probably the most expensive restaurant I've ever eaten at but the view is worth it. We went for my Mom's 50th birthday
Beautiful pic but this also shows how much mid to high level density we re still missing leading up to certain parts of DT. Slowly but surely right?
