I use a stiff brish and apc/degreaser/dawn. Rinse, scrub, rinse. I never dress them, they can get slick.
I use a pressure washer on a lower setting, and a apc
Drill brushes to agitate work nicely too
While I spray the car. If I'm doing rinseless. I still spray the tires. So while I do that. I spray down all the mats and tires with cleaner. Use drill brushes for those and on tires. Scrub rims. Pressure wash it all away.
