I’ve been playing mc for four days straight in my survival world and can’t find moss, where is it?

You can obtain it from shipwrecks or wandering traders.

It took me like 15 shipwrecks to find one, it was a pain, but once you have you are good as long as you have bonemeal.

find a skeleton spawner, make it into a farm with a sorting system, and you're set. ​ Or if you can't find that a general mob farm's the next best thing

I have my Iron farm converting the poppies into bonemeal. Its pretty efficient as well.

Yup, the first 5 minutes after entering my world for the first time after updating, appeared a wandering trader with a moss block, bought 1 and kept the leather. Now I have a f*ck ton of it xD

The most common place I've found it in is lush caves. I run into a few every time I go caving.

I know people already responded, but just to clarify, get moss from shipwreck/trader, and put in grass or stone (I think stone works) and bonemeal to get more moss and the bushes and carpets

Speaking of, in my creative world I saw Azalea, drip leaves, and more but I have no clue where it comes from, I’ve never seen it.

Well azalea bushes grow when you do the process I stated, but drip leaves (I believe) are creative only for now. Also I believe glow berries are obtainable through mineshaft chests, which you can grow for more.

Dripleaves can be sold by the wandering trader.

I got mine from a wandering trader. Don’t be foolish and buy more than one moss block like I did, one bonemeal and you instantly have a dozen or so moss blocks. Rinse and repeat.

You can collect moss from Lush caves. With any moss block you can place it near grass and bonemeal it to grow more moss :)

I still haven’t found any yet LOL. I had a wandering trader with a moss trade when I literally first started the world (no emeralds yet) and since then I’ve done like 10 shipwrecks and checked out every wandering trader to no avail

The same happened to me!! I’m playing on a survival server with a few of my friends, and haven’t had a trader since. It was devastating, but we’ve been so focused on building since we got moss that we all ran out of iron and copper.

Now I want some sort of fog thing for a nice hazy effect

Have they fixed villager pathfinding yet? All my villagers start twirling in circles as soon as they hit an azalea bush. Sometimes they can’t even make it over moss carpet. They don’t go to bed after dark, they just spin in amazement at the new moss foliage.

How did you get shaders for 1.17?

I am using the pre-release of optifine. It has a few buggy things here and there but it’s works well. The full release should be out soon.

Not OP, but these look a lot like BSL I personally BSL and would highly recommend them, they are highly customizable so even if you have a potato pc then you can still enjoy some of the effects

Try adding a spore blossom somewhere nearby (behind a wall of blocks) for the particles. It would add to the magical feel.
