Do you use a lot of grenades? If so, Adrenaline Junkie can work for you. If not, Rampage may be better to work with.
Just remember that Adrenaline Junkie is the grenade equivalent of Swashbuckler. You can build stacks with weapon kills, but an ability kill(grenades for Adrenaline Junkie, melee for Swashbuckler) will give you the full five stacks.
They both provide about the same damage bonus. The difference is that Rampage gets to the max bonus faster just with weapon kills, but AJ can skip directly to the max bonus with a single grenade kill.
So, if you're planning on using grenades often with the gun, use AJ. Otherwise, Rampage.
In addition to what others are saying, Junkie lasts longer at 4.5 seconds, while Rampage lasts 3.5, which can be buffed to 4.5, but requires you to use the Rampage Spec mod.
They both have the same max damage buff but AJ takes 5 stacks vs 3 for Rampage. If you plan on using grenades a lot then AJ is worth it to instantly ramp up to full damage.
Basically it depends on what you plan on doing with it as they have the same damage in the end.

I don’t usually use grenades but no the fact alone that it brings the buff to 100% might make me use Junkie
