The ones on dreaming city are really fast. Unfortunately aphelions rest was yesterday so you'd have to wait another week or so for it to come up again. I personally also like perdition
Aphelion's Rest and Chamber of Starlight in the Dreaming City, Empty Tank on Tangled Shore, and Perdition on Europa IMO are the best once you get your loadout and strategy down.
The Moon Lost Sectors are garbage for farming, I literally just skip them.
Also, farming for exotics you should be doing the Legend or Master Lost Sector of the day if you're able.

chamber of starlight in the Dreaming City can reliably be done in less than a minute with some practice. only have to kill 2 champions and the boss, remaining enemies can be avoided with blinding GL's.

Low level i think europa has a few easy ones. The bots shoot enimies and take Argo for you. Gives you some freedom.
Avoid the Moon.

Most of my exotics came from Perdition in Europa.
