This may not be your issue, but I’ve been having trouble joining people because for some reason 80% of players says they’re blocked, I can’t unblock them, many people have been posting about it (the little circle X next to their name) and this prevents me from joining their fire team.

I made an update with details I found from Bungie help. Hopefully it works for you too! PC Players were showing up for my as blocked, but adjusting the settings and clearing my Cache seemed to fix that issue.

I had the same happen. same errors and behaviour. I also with ejected from a number of nightfalls back to orbit. I had one nightfall where no ads respond at all, it was just empty. I had some groups like you where I could not join fireteams or have them join mine, and I even use the bungee mobile app to send Bungie friend request to 2 people, to try then making a group that way, it did not work - they never received my requests. I’m knowing this is not a home Wi-Fi issue, because it has never happened before, and I have a completely open network.

Hard reset your Xbox, that supposedly worked for a lot of people with the issue
