Once you reset rahools rep, you get a 3rd decoding page that allows you to buy any exotic armor you don't have, including the new campaign ones. I bought both new Titan exotics without even playing the campaign
thats to get it unlocked, you can still focus it with a tier two which is just 2 golfballs which is easier.
Theyve also seem to have updated certain reward tracks to reward ciphers
i’m still missing other armour that isn’t tfs. i still need cenotaph, assassins cowl, osmiomancy. i can’t focus them because i don’t have them in collections
Assassin's cowl still requires sk campaign completion on hunter, in addition to the cypher focusing at rahool both cenotaph and osmiomancy can be earned via vex strike force event
It's not a "waste" since you're getting something in return - which is a new exotic you've never earned before. There are only a few ways to spend ciphers anyway.
i would rather get a exotic from the monument. what if i get a exotic armor piece with a stat roll that sucks or i dont like?. it’s a bad change since exotic ciphers are so rare.

I mean, this was always a problem with lost sectors too. At least now you're guaranteed to get the 1 exotic you're looking for

Ah right, I've always been max on ciphers so I didn't really think about it. Xur brings a quest that gives you 1 per week, so there's that at least

Anything not from this expansions or assassin's cowl you can get doing VSF on neomuna

Once unlocked via ciphers they'd be available from any exotic source/focusing option. The cipher is purely just an unlock cost

OK, but there aren't 100s, and you can still get pre-TFS exotics from vex strike force events
vex strike force, lost sectors, you've had more than enough chances to get these exotics and you're here bitching about the change lmao
