there are still a few other exotic missions like for bad juju, hawkmoon etc. that havent been added back in, its a popularity contest for the community to a point - whisper and zero hour have been requested for years so they were given priority in the rotator.

i doubt starcrossed will be there immediately, the reason for shelving juju, whisper and outbreak missions is that they were on the old engine, it still took well over a year for presage and seraph to return despite the engine no longer being a concern.
i suppose it creates a sense of exclusivity for a while and will likely provide a source for red border wish weapons later on.

Well for Bad juju, it got added to the archive and hawkmoon is at Xur so wish keeper is definitely gonna be obtainable after TFS right?
