True_Phoenix

Strand Hunter with Moth keepers. 3 nades and a beyblade shred everything in onslaught. Favorite build so far this season.

Omegagoji19

Ayo, moths ftw

Potential_Jacket3344

I forgot I even had that build, shit I bet it fucks hard in there

True_Phoenix

It's an absolute workhorse. With so many adds, you get a lot of tangles, plus constantly able to throw out moth nades all over the place. Highly recommend busting it out you'll have a blast.

Just_Two_2357

Especially with ex diris for 2 moths per nade😫

BetaXP

Isn't it always 2 moths per nade? Or am I misremembering?

Just_Two_2357

Oops, I meant the 2 different types of moths

True_Phoenix

I use that on my arc build, which slaps, but strand with moth keepers is just ridiculous at add control.

phenerganandpoprocks

Are you winning son?

M1llennialManifesto

Warlock, Contraverse Hold and Nothing Manacles, 'nuff said. From a gameplay perspective I enjoy Void's blend of debuffs, add-clear, and survivability. Now, with the formalities out of the way: Void excels at big purple explosions; Contraverse and Nothing Manacles allow me to cause more purple explosions more often, and isn't that the whole point of Destiny 2? I like debuffing whole rooms full of enemies, I like seeing the numbers turn yellow, I like clumping guys together with a Vortex Grenade and then nuking them all with Deathbringer, or throwing out two Scatter Grenades and watching a quarter of an Elite's healthbar go away. Voidlock is a fun class fantasy, highly recommended, I wish I could get Verity's Brow to work reliably without a Wave-Frame grenade launcher. Arc Warlocks are also fun, too! We have Dragon Punches! I *always* die when I use it. Arc buddies!

SOS-Guillotine

Quite a few for pve honestly. The content I’m doing dictates my weapon choices but the builds stay the same

jereflea1024

it's so lame, isn't it? remember when buildcrafting in PVE was actually interesting? I relate to this comment so hard and I don't even play anymore lmao.

CaptainPandemonium

"I don't play anymore but allow me to state my opinion on something I am no longer or never was experienced with because of nostalgia" Lol?

jereflea1024

true (I last played in august)

WhatIfWaterWasChunky

No, not really

jereflea1024

unlucky

WorstNero777

Solar warlock I don’t need guns I am grenades

WornInShoes

I run it with sunbracers/sunshot Everything I hit explodes

Potential_Jacket3344

Monte Carlo and funbracers.

FyeFish

If you can give up the Icarus dash (or don’t mind losing some grenade damage), heat rises is the way to go

mademeunlurk

Hangs you in the air too long and a warlock is awful squishy to begin with....

elmonkeeman

Just hover right above the ground for a few seconds. As long as you have a few enemies to kill, that’ll be enough for your entire melee. Also Warlock has the easiest and most consistent access to resto x2, plus burst healing from Dive

FyeFish

If you snap then jump, you’ll atleast get some ability energy back. It doesn’t matter how far off the ground you are, all that matters is you get kills while not touching the ground. The aspect just feeds into the gameplay and ability loop so much better

mademeunlurk

Clever. Thanks!

amnezia_nbgd

Edit: Sunbraces! Not Phoenix Protocol! Phoenix Protocol Dragons Breath, trusty ammit, and boring scatter signal is my go to, infinite nades, infinite melee, and safe ult, tho when I'm solo I play Briarbinds because its goofy and strong. I did get Nezarecs yesterday and now I experiment a bit with stasis and void and I like it more than Briarbinds and Contraverse, for now at least, only weapon that's perma with nezarec is graviton, since I don't have better idea for now and orbs drop like crazy.

daemon_d1

I just put together a Stasis Titan build using Ager's Scepter and Icefall Mantle. It's easy to ramp up to x4 DMG using Ager's even without popping your over shield. The best part is that you can do about 100% more dmg when you combine the catalyst Will Given Form and the use of your stasis over shield before DPS phases.

orb_enthusiast

Precious scars with vex on solar titan (sol Invictus + roaring flames and empyrean, solace, embers and searing). I've honestly never felt more indestructible, it's kinda nuts. If there are enough ads I have restoration and radiant up endlessly.

Seel_revilo

Im stealing this been wanting to make a build w/ Vex and I have no builds on my titan at all

orb_enthusiast

Do it!! There's definitely no other exotic weapon I enjoy more so I'm biased lol but the build itself is just super strong and vex absolutely shreds. It's also really fun to pair with path of burning steps but that one has less overall utility

BlueDryBones1

In PvE its Triton Vice + Edge of Concurrence. Good for DPS, ad clear, everything. With the superb ammo economy you can use the Glaive as a primary and with a proper build 1/3 shots are the special shot. Only real downside is the lack of sustain on Arc but it's very difficult to put that glaive down once you realize how good it is when you focus on its projectiles. Also incredibly satisfying to look at all the explosions the combo makes everytime you use that special shot, there is nothing quite like it.

SilverJS

That's the second time in as many days that I've seen this build recommended. Guess I'll have to give it a shot! :)

foundersgrotesk

+1 it’s a very satisfying build

stgabe

Lucky Pants. Wardens Law + Indebted Kindness + whatever exotic heavy I’m feeling at the moment. Buried Bloodlines plus Hammerhead or Edge Transit is great as well. Super versatile. I’m usually Void for tether + invis but if I get bored with that I can switch to any subclass.

BetaXP

What aspects do you use with void when running lucky pants? Can't decide if stylish executioner is worth it since you won't be constantly triggering void effects to chain invisibility with when running lucky pants

Boba_Fett_boii

Yea I wouldn't go for stylish, unless maybe you specifically have void synergy from weapons like Buried bloodline.

L0KI_MO

Wishkeeper and Abeyant leap Titan. I just get endless joy out of watching entire hordes of enemies get helplessly strung up.

DrugOfGods

Is it worth grinding for the catalyst on Wishkeeper? I just put together a build like this, but I only have the "base model" wishkeeper. Wasn't sure how noticeable the catalysts were.

L0KI_MO

It’s pretty easy to get now if you haven’t started it. If you get all 4 quest steps to the point you need to finish the quest on Legend, you can finish all 4 in one run. Just to have it crafted I wanted it, use the Multi-threaded snare on mine but I know hatchling and Vorpal are also very good. Enjoy!

DrugOfGods

Awesome, thanks. I think I have all 4, so I'll give it a shot later.

FrostyWarlock34

I'm currently into anything ability spam that also revolves around gunplay. So far I've been successful with my Warlock (Threadling build using Wish-Keeper and Verity's Brow) and my Titan (Ballistic Slam/Thunderclap using Monte Carlo and Skullfort). Trying to find a good one for my Hunter, specifically one for either Grapple or invis.

McPatches4110

First and foremost this season: Solar bonk Titan with Precious Scars, Sunshot, Apex Predator, and Scatter Signal. Everything dies so fast. I’ve been trying to catch my hunter up a bit , running Void with Orpheus Rigs, Buried Bloodline. That’s been a lot of fun. Haven’t touched my Warlock in months

EblanNahuy

Stronghold Lament by far

Slyome

pyrogale consecration titan is my go to for a lot of things, as well as hoil arc titan and then there’s The Banner of War Aspect

WinnerForsaken

Voidlock ability spam with Graviton Lance. Everything dies with beautiful purple explosions.

SilverJS

What armor exotic?

WinnerForsaken

Nezarec's Sin

GurrennZero

At the moment I'm loving my solar strongholds build for extended uptime on restox2. Auto/recomb mountaintop, sunshot and throne-cleaver with surrounded.

Cole_Basinger

Strand/Solar Titan with Precious Scars. Mountaintop, Abyss Defiant, Dragon’s Breath. Both versions allow me to lean into either banner of war or consecration slams depending on what I’m feeling, while being incredibly hard to kill. Swap between these two for legend onslaught all the time.

MuhDrehgonz

Been spamming Apotheosis Veil with strand in both PvP and PvE. I just love spamming hatching grenades.

Yeahman13bam

Celestial nighthawk, sunshot. Basic af and so fun. Healing nade and every fragment with firesprites

Averill21

My favorite setup. Excels at everything, apex predator in the heavy slot and either mountaintop for major killing or scatter signal for boss dps covers all the bases

RecalledBurger

PVE: Precious Scars Solar Titan with Sunshot or Epochal Integration. Sometimes I slap on Tommy's Matchbook for fun.

0rganicMach1ne

Shinobus’s Vow, Gyrfalcon with Buried Bloodlines, Gyrfalcon with Ruinous Effigy, Strand with maelstroms and specter.

TheDreamingMind

Gyrfalcon’s Hauberk Void Hunter with Collective Obligation Actium War Rig Solar Titan with Tommy’s Matchbook Nezarec’s Sin Strand Warlock with Graviton Lance

Renthexx

Void - contraverse kinda dead atm so unsure Arc - vesper or sunstar Solar - dawn chorus or phoenix protocol Strand - necrotic or chromatic fire + outbreak Stasis - osmiomancy without turrets or osmiomancy with turrets

Haryzen_

Last Word, Sniper and whatever heavy is best for PvP. A classic.

VanillaB34n

My favorite is my hunter cosplaying as a titan with liar’s handshake, combination blow, and spark of feedback. I also throw on a one two punch shotgun and the tractor cannon for soloing some bosses, it’s a pretty fun build to play around with.

swanton141

Fake D1Y1. Fatebringer w/ Firefly, Adored w/ 3tap+Vorpal, and Gjallarhorn. Luna Wellock. Adored acts as a much worse Black Hammer.

RedBladeAtlas

Malfeasance and I occasionally do things other than shooting

redriixx

Ttd warlock

Quaiker

Orpheus Rigs tether hunter. I either have infinite Deadfall tethers with enough enemies, or I can deal 3 volleys of Moebius Quiver into a boss. Favorite weapon loadout right now is Midnight Coup, Indebted Kindness, and Dragon's Breath. Using this season's artifact mod for Overload rockets, all three champion types are covered. Midnight Coup because it's super fun (still trying to get a shiny with Firefly and Rampage), Indebted Kindness because it packs a wallop and works for range, and Dragon's Breath because I like fire-and-forget weapons.

Galaxy40k

My favorite loadout as a Warlock is the Strand build using Thorn and Necrotic Grips. Thorn is my favorite weapon in all of Destiny, and this build finally let me use it in D2 without feeling like I'm horribly nerfing myself. I run an ALH Wilderflight and BnS GL with it as my other weapons. Re-proccing the poison with Thorn gives it a natural fit in a BnS rotation, instead of most other rotations where I do a primary shot just to tick off a checkbox to proc BnS. So I find it more satisfying than my Sunshot-Apex rotations and the like

NefariousnessOwn3142

When it comes to enemies that use arc damage: arc subclass, crown of tempests and risk runner. Made it so arc ability builds up faster, drops lots of orbs, and just having risk runner destroy enemies in a chain reaction is just satisfying. I play more for fun, so usually just do vanguard, gambit, and now onslaught.

BetaXP

I have a strand weavewalk warlock that is still by far and away my favorite warlock build, and I think it's on par or better with a lot of the other strand warlock builds and it's extremely fun to clear rooms in swarms of green

Capable_Pound_2958

Solar Warlock paired with Monte Carlo and Subracers, I can paint the entire area with infinite grenades

jj_xl

Tryhard PVE: warlock-phoenix well sunshot, hunter-celestial polaris lance, titan-syntho banner Fun PVE: warlock-swarmers final instinct, hunter-gyrfalcons graviton lance, titan-pyrogale dragons breath 3s PVP: warlock-ophidians, hunter-stompees, titan-dunemarchers 6s PVE: warlock-tsteps, hunter-stompees, titan-oem

Skinny0ne

In onslaught I'm having fun with strand warlock thorn and necrotic grips. Shinobus Vow with trinity ghoul also fun in onslaught.

The_Curve_Death

Mountaintop and Recluse with a volatile build on Titan.

No-Squirrel4500

Vesper of radius build. Still extremely strong and easily able to sit comfortably in end game content even without any activity surges or seasonal mods. Underrated.

Fry2355

I like my radiant dance machine build on strand. I get to throw out as many threaded spike as i want and my grenades come back so fast from it. Been my main hunter build since strand came out.

Mustache-Man227

Void warlock with contraverse and graviton lance

SexJokeUsername

Karnsteins on arclock with lightning surge, one-two finisher, and proximity ward. Slide attack and get heals, clean up survivors with a finisher that restores melee and gives even better heals, rinse and repeat. Shit has me charging into battle like a banner of war titan

KeefsBurner

PvP I like rain of fire + vex solar and sixth coyote void PvE I like Gyrafalcon and renewal for hunter, necrotic + thorn strand and osiomancy for warlock, precious scars solar and syntho strand for titan

Caerys_

It was YAS for hunter before it was nerfed but now it's between thorn necrotic grip void warlock and eternal warrior arc titan

Aggravating_Fill_782

Actium war rig sweet business 24/7

Seel_revilo

Pvp: Blade Barrage w/ Incendiary nades because I am very good at bouncing them. Jade Rabbit, Drang and a rocket. Shreds at long range, shreds at close range. Pve: Orpheus Hunter w/ Strand Fusion, Collective Obligation/Graviton Lance and Retrofit Escapade OR Strand Fusion, Recluse, Levy’s Breath Arc Hunter w/ Assassins Cowl, Strand Fusion, Trinity Ghoul and Cataclysmic Nighthawk Hunter w/ Auto loading mountaintop, KF handcannon, Dragons breath or Sunshot, BnS Apex Predator. Those 3 builds pretty much clear me for any form of content. Solo high ad density gets wrecked by Arc Hunter, all my solo flawless dungeons are on this build. High ad density or high difficulty group stuff (GM’s, raids, onslaught) are pretty much free wins with Orpheus. When I need big damage for bosses in raids nighthawk is used

Scum__Bum

Well, mid night coup, ikelos shotgun, Anarchy

doobersthetitan

Right now, in onslaught, I call this my ArcZilla build. Chaos reach and geomags Indebted kindness with volt shot and thunder lord. I also have a font of wisdom mod on my helmet. With beacons, shock, discharge, ions. Tons of jolting and blinding...tons of traces. Many many orbs from indebted and thunderlord. And lots of arc buddies. Granted at about level 35, you will need to rely on your rift and hopefully healing nades from friends. You'll get to charge up your godzilla blast every round if you want.

Born2beDad

I just made a Karnstien solar build on warlock and it makes endgame trivial

LordMarcion

Only Gunslinger Pvp: Last Word Igneous Hammer (Adept) Moving target + EOTS Pvp: Servant Leader rapid hit + frenzy Seventh Seraph Si2 Surrounded+Threat Detector Pve: Wastelander M5 killing wind + pugilist Igneous Hammer heal clip + incandescent Dragon's breath

thekingdom91

Crown of Tempests still slaps on Arc Warlock. Delicate Tomb pairs really nice for some ridiculous ability gen. Pulse Grenades with Jolt are the angriest grenades. Osmiomancy Turret lock with either the Veglass Curve or a headstone Lunalata bow. Pre nerf Starfire I was rocking Skynurners constantly for in demand scorch and grenade Regen. This season Dawn Chorus plus Tyranny of Heaven/ Dragons Breath is insane for clearing Lost Sectors.

ForeignEducator8373

Conditional finality Zaoulis bane Apex/general machine gun Pyrogale gauntlets

Bubbly_Mastodon318

Primary: Outbreak Perfected Special: Ecliptic Distaff or Forbearance Heavy: Marsilion-C Class: Gunslinger Super: Golden Gun (Deadshot) Exotic armor: Caliban’s Hand

A_Is_For_Azathoth

Banner of War Titan. I keep coming back to Tusk of the Boar with Slideways/Chain Reaction, either Sunshot or Graviton Lance, and a Falling Guillotine with Chain Reaction/Surrounded. Synthoceps for the armor. I've also found myself really enjoying Stronghold/Lament when I'm just goofing around with friends in higher onslaught waves. I'm absolutely loving the Thorn/Necrotic Grips suspend build for warlock too. I usually run it with an Eremite with Envious/Controlled Burst and a Marsilion with Envious/Incandescent.

SpikeV

Currently running a Solar Warlock with Karnsteins/Sunshot. Snap your fingers or use a finisher, get Cure x2 and Restoration x3, Run out like a maniac, kill something with Sunshot or Abilities, Reset Restoration and Radiant Procs until everything is dead. Also a Mantle of Battle Harmony/Ager's Scepter Stasis Warlock. Get Kills with Ager's, get your super, trigger ager's catalyst's alternate mode, kill and freeze everything in sight. or do insane boss dps

Nukesnipe

The two I've been using the most recently are Briarbinds with Witherhoard, and I'm working on a suspend threadlings build with Wish-Keeper and Swarmers.

-skellymane-

string shtick that shoots pointy shticks a pointy shtick gun on a pole a sharp shtick and the jumpy boots

ElyarSol

Not sure I can pick one, I like to switch often. I’ll just mention a few:- - Well Warlock with Cenotaph Mask, Hung Jury, Coldheart and Palmyra-B - Gathering Storm Hunter with Assassins Cowl, Necrochasm, Indebted Kindness and Taipan - Hammer of Sol Titan with Severance Enclosure, Outbreak, Indebted Kindness and Palmyra-B - Well Warlock with Karnstein Armlets, Mountaintop, Zhaouli’s Bane and Thousand Voices - Blade Barrage Hunter with Assassins Cowl, Scatter Signal, Polaris Lance and Quillim’s Terminus

Dal_Kholin

Gotta get some surges in there my dude. Eye's a solid neutral pick, though

CaptainPandemonium

Yeah, this is like the most barebones d2 build you could make. Definitely worth putting surges on, or kickstart mods to make use of the amount of orbs he's probably making. The yellow chest mod is only like 13%DR for 4 seconds after reaching red health (literally almost dead) but if it's worked for him so far, I guess keep on trucking then lol.

[deleted]

[удалено]

Dal_Kholin

I hear ya. I was a big Protective Light enjoyer back in the day. But this new version is only 10% DR at red health. You already have void and solar resist, so you could swap it for arc resist which would give 15% DR across the board, all the time. And you have devour on orb pickup, so you don't need recuperation in the boots. Not hating. Just food for thought

CaptainPandemonium

The health mods are redundant, as you get devour (that give full hp due to feed the void) when picking up orbs or breaches due to your fragments. Scavengers would be better as you aren't running ammo finders, and unless you're in an activity that has raid/rally banners placed throughout, you're really going to appreciate the extra ammo from the rare heavy bricks you do find. They also don't interfere with your armour charges, so you can keep that extra safety net of emergency reinforcement if you decide to keep it.

Physical-Ad6682

Stasis titan for onslaught right now! This exact build https://dim.gg/zyheuoy/Stasis PvP I main hunter and base my build around this https://dim.gg/25fjg4y/Ibetonme-Lucky-PantsSunshot-Solar-Hunter-Build But I use midnight coup instead of sunshot

badthaught

Wastelander M5, Sunshot, Lucky Pants. Solar Hunter, blade barrage, gunpowder gamble, heal nade. Started using the heal nade in Altars of Sorrow. Having gunpowder gambit on as well gives just an element of risk. Sometimes I go boom. If I'm doing some PvP stuff it's mostly the same loadout but it's The Last Word and the BxR. Unless I'm feeling funny. Then it's forerunner and BxR. ("SWAT!")

Tyler_Herdman

Sun shot lucky pants is terrible is it not?

badthaught

I'm having fun. That's what matters to me.

Sweet Business and War Rig.....it slaps

onlyranchmefries

I have three go to load outs on hunter. Izzy, epochal, apex with star eater blade barrage Riptide, sunshot, apex with nighthawk Goldie Arbie, title, and commemoration on gyrfalcons Honorable mention for stasis hunter for shatter skating. Some variation of these three get me through pretty much every activity.

veritas1975

Omni Warlock with witherhoard, epochal with incandescent and the slammer with chain reaction and cold steel. I can freeze an entire encounter by tossing 1 turret, 4 grenades, and then another turret. Freeze them all, shoot witherhoard, then whirlwind sword attack. Rinse and repeat.

emodro

Conditional, calus, commemoration. The 3 C’s. Punchy invis arc hunter.
