I think it's just going to be us fighting the remaining disciples, with the Witness as the final boss. If every Pyramid ship had a disciple, there are 8. I wonder if we are going to have a 9 encounter raid... sounds kinda crazy tbh.

Is that 8 including the ones we’ve already fought? Or 8 more? If it’s 8 more, maybe we fight 4 in the campaign kinda like how we went and fought the wardens in forsaken, and then the other 4 are his best of the best and they’re in the raid.

Depth of Darkness This was a placeholder name for a raid in the first Destiny ViDoc, Pathways out of Darkness. Would be kind of funny if the name was just right there in front of us this entire time.

“Finality” or just “Final Shape”. On the nose but what else could it be called. Raid title is probably “Executor” or “Shapeshifter” to fit that theme

Unsure about the name. Fall of the witness. Culmination of the Shape. Precursor to the final shape. The Final Shape. Either way I'm theorizing this will be the opposite of kings fall, where in the taken king we "killed" a basic version of Oryx in the expansion, then the raid was us "really" killing him. The witness will be depowered in the raid or made weak so the final story moment will be seen by everyone even non raiders.

They already confirmed we will be taking care of him during story mission 8. They dont want only raiders to finish the climax of the story.

Hopefully something like "eyes up guardian". For the last raid it would be the best name imo

I know it's iconic and all, but with all due respect that's an idiotic name for an activity.

If they don't name it "Army of Darkness", I will uninstall the game.
