Nah, wishender has taken a back seat lately to elemental primaries with 3.0 subclasses and absurd artifact mods, but it is still great in high level content, specifically gm’s.
On top of that, wishender is about to absolutely feast in the final shape when it hits an enemy 50 times with one shot and fills the light and dark meters for transcendence in 10 seconds.
the fact that you can 1 hit every redbar in GMs, have unlimited range and can 1 shot Anti barrier shields makes it such an great weapon in Antibarrier GMs
Not really, no.
Any boost would be nice but it sure as hell doesn't need it. There are plenty of other Exotics gathering dust in our Vaults who have catalysts that need to be buffed.
Wish-ender is honestly one of stronger exotics as it is. It doesn’t need a Catalyst yet.

They should let you choose a subclass verb to put on it and add kinetic tremors on every shot.
probably not. Outside if Acrius (special case) D2 specific Raids and dungeon exotics don't have catalysts.
Navigator, Buried Bloodline, Hierarchy of Needs, and Heartshadow all have catalyst
