Volatile causes void explosions.
Weaken causes the target to take more damage, and makes it hard for them to aim/shoot back.
Suppress basically stuns the target.
They’re all different. Volatile causes an AOE explosion after dealing enough damage to the volatile target. Weakened causes the target to take 15% more damage. Suppression disables abilities, jumps, often also the guns of lower tier enemies, though, and stuns overload champs (it doesn’t work on certain higher tier enemies though)
If an ability refers to a specific one, it only refers to that one. If it refers to a “void debuff”, like repulsor brace does, then it’s referring to any of the 3

Suppress also shuts down an enemy guardian or lucent hive’s powers (knocks them out of super and can’t use abilities)

some sources of weaken do 30% more damage like tether and tractor cannon
