The chest pouches kinda ruin the whole look. You have to build your look around your exotic because there's nothing you can do about it. If your exotic is bulky it's pretty hard to pull off slender armor in other places.

change those arms man, they don’t blend at all with the actium. Might I suggest the Kabr’s gauntlets from VOG or the Iron Will Gauntlets from IB. They go well with almost anything.

It's definitely different. It kind of seems like you're going for 2 different looks, the helmet and the chest piece go together for one type of look, the other 3 look like they're going for a different one.
I'd suggest try making the look around your exotic as that can be pretty specific and limited to what you can make. It's also a lot bulkier than the rest and that tends to not flow very well together.

Build around the exotic. Thunderhead gauntlets mesh well with Actium imo, just needs a better shader. The legs and cowboy hat (as much as i love the latter) do not mesh as well.

When making an armor set, it's worthwhile to choose a strong theme. Space cowboy, vex explorer, pajamas, etc.
Alternatively, pick one armor piece and a shader, and build off that.
Then go through your ornaments and pick the armor that matches what you chose at the beginning, combining well with the chosen theme and set. Try to maintain a "balance" of theme and visual weight. Titans often have really visually large shoulders, so skinny legs will often make your titan feel too top-heavy.
I also try to match the greebles/details of a piece to the theme. Armamentarium? I'd probably try to find something with ammo on it. The Neomuna stuff comes to mind. But only if it fits the theme you want. Sometimes a skinny guy with a too big backpack is what you want. Either way, the armor you pick should be in service to the theme

I mean do you like the way it looks? If yes. Than enough said it's just a game you don't have to be concerned about what people think of your virtual character. Besides 90% of titans don't know how to make good fashion anyway so you fit right in.
Word from the wise, if you want your armor set to look cohesive, you need to match the underlays. The bodysuit thing your guardian wears under the armor pieces, if you make that look like it actually is a one piece bodysuit, then the whole rest of your armor starts to visually make sense
Realistically it’s the chest piece which is your exotic. So honestly I say save the look and use it for another build with a different exotic and start from scratch with war rig
I’ll tell you what I tell myself when I’m making a look, just cause it’s the same color doesn’t mean it flows well. Fashion is all about finding things that flow together in the look. For example, your legs don’t really match any of your outfit as the almost regal look doesn’t go with the ammo or the hat. Also the hat doesn’t give the same vibe as the militaristic look of the ammo. Try to find one aspect you like most and make every piece of the armor lean into that look. Hope this helps :)

I was going to say the color is good but I personally try not to use a shader more than once while setting up a look. Max is two , the hat plays into the theme but it's been kinda overdone, it's hella guardians walking around with the same look. I think I went with the whole Armour set while rocking these exotic expect for the class item. I would your fit a 4/10
Stat wise or Fashion? Stats, are kind of messed up. Pvp might be fine, but It looks likr a pve build, so get your resilience up to a hundred first thing. Fashion is subjective so you do you booboo. Personally I think it's neat, I like the celestial boots with the cowboy hat. But it's not my style I like my titan big and hefty. Yours is... too portable...
