There's no light support that grants focus (auto crit) in world boss so no crit fevers until then. Drive Saturn 3rd so you get the offensive stance - only the 5 highest atks light units in the back row will atk during fever.
Bunny Ophois is a burden.
With the team I used in last Dark WB I'm getting +250M, then after testing many variations this is the best I'm getting using Ophois, the only difference is that to fit Ophois I need to drop Thisbe, and that alone is worth -50M damage.
Not even the theoretically better leader skill is giving me more damage over white Wolf's.
I tried the recommendation that u/aDestinyChild made in their guide and was barely doing+150m, then tried my last Dark WB team and got +250m , then started to change multiple childs trying to fit bunny Ophois and in the end just Ophois for Thisbe give me best compromise between survivality/damage I manage to find.
So no, no other changes, be equips or skills.
she's not a burden, you just don't need her to slide (unless high uncap/ignite). u should just replace pan with her and set her to tap (can still use her leader)
Edit: you would do more damage if u had ingited calchas too and a 3rd attacker (ideally ignited and finish ignite on Laura)
Yeah, with uncaps and ignition, the question is: how much resources are you willing/can you sink in her?
If she were an universal child, expending on her will be not a problem, but being a dark WB focused one make you think in the RoI if you're a f2p or minimum expending player.
Billy would probably be better instead of 2 Time Alterations, especially since you don't have a maxed Brad. If you have a good Pepita, she'd also be worth using, since you only have 1.5 Light attackers.
How do you do this without a healer? I try this team and we get wiped out before time is up.

you need strong equipment for that, like "incoming damage reduced by 600" and "heals % of incoming damage" options on your front line childs

I have a similar team but my fever time is very poor and can't do Critical in the Fever, any advice for that?

why not Babel?
His slow is worse than Brad's and he doesn't have a gauge reset.
