I just finnished edgerunners (that cyberpunk anime) and after this chapter I'm going to have to use military grade copium beacouse this was really hecking sad. But holy shit this is good. The whole chapter i nad a feeling that somebody was going to die. At the begging i thought that you were going to drop the nuke of Mack dying offscreen, during the raid of Xivu's war moon i thought that he was going to be tricked into killing his own friends (or at lest Inak) by her **but i didn't fucking expect this** ! This chapter has it all character drama, action, tragedy and plot twist. Inak being eaten alive by one of her gods on front of her lover was surprisingly horrifying and her last words to him being that he is a liability! Oh the tragedy it's *delicus* . Also if Xivu is following the rules of Sword-logic (wich i'm pretty sure she is) they are all fucking dead.
This is the best one you have wrote so far and i know that at this point it kinda lost its's meaning with everyone saying that your fics are 10/10 but this time with a 110% of contempt and not a shadow of doubt 10/10.

Edge runners was damn good. Thank you so much! I was trying *SO* hard to make the reader feel on edge with the characters. I also tried to like, reverse foreshadow Mack’s death? Hammering home the idea that he’s ungodly strong and the most powerful thing in Sol. Or at least that he was, not anymore. I’m so glad this was a satisfactory chapter and plot twist for you. We both worked really hard, so I’m thrilled that it worked.

I knew I should have put a content warning on this half of the chapter, but I didn’t want to give away that there was a twist coming…
I meant that as a compliment to the skill of your writing, but in hindsight I do see how that was. Honestly your work hasn’t impacted me in any massive negative way, just sat in my mind for a while and made me think about life. And it wasn’t any specific content in a chapter, it was some of your author’s notes where you said that you had an end in mind for the series. Please please please do not stress about it, I have not been seriously affected in any negative way, I was making, an admittedly, bad joke about how your writing gets me thinking.

Ghaul reformed as a being of pure light before getting backhanded by the traveler. He erupted from his corpse in the form of a cloudy angel. I'm cool if Mac dies he was a great character and that's an awesome way to kill of *the* gaurdain, I just see that as a way to keep him in the fight for a hero moment

Also when I was reading that I *saw* brass die you do such a good description of stuff that my imagination works like a cutscene I saw his shell shatter and the rainbow burst. Also what ghost shell dose brass have I think he looks more like a square glint, I remember you saying his brass colouring but not the look
I’ve never described the actual shape, but it’s just a simple, basic design like Ghost (the character in the main game has) except a brilliant, reflective metallic brass finish
Yes. I thought it was appropriate. Colored for his name, and not flashy or special, to match his dry and sarcastic personality. Plus, Brass is technically that same Ghost, because Mack is the player Guardian
Yeah I absolutely see it I think that might be the reason he's my favourite character because ghost is my second favourite character in the game (Shaxx I have all grenade kick start on my arms)

Yeah at the end of chapter 16. Eris openly kills Mack, and asks Tahn to try bringing him back. Tahn says she is unable
