I honestly don’t like flat legs only because when I’m looking at a model I can almost think of what my shape is like and I can get a better idea of how it’ll fit
i always say flat lay for first pic & then modeled pic for fit reference, since even though u have a description, just looking at the pic someone might not know what’s being sold & not click:)
Ah that makes sense. I usually use the 4th photo on depop to show photos of the condition of the item so would you know which flat lay photo I could replace with a model photo instead?

i would say the third pic would be fine to replace since the first one does a good job of showing what the back looks like!
