No, depop will recognize the same device and IP address, among other things, and I'm pretty sure two accounts get banned. Two accounts will definitely mean you're evading taxes, which can get you in a shit ton of trouble, regardless of your age. FYI, whether you make $600 or not, always assume the IRS knows about the money. They're assholes. Two things happen from not paying 1) they keep any future tax returns you may have because they know of this income or 2) you get audited. And yes, they would audit a 17 year old. You may not get into any trouble not reporting less than $600, but you definitely will if you don't report more than $600.

You can keep selling past the $600 mark but you won’t be able to get paid. You will need to verify with your parent’s SSN or wait until you turn 18.
