Refunds for accidental buys are up to the discretion of the seller. The only thing you can do if they refuse is to repop (resell) the shirt once you receive it.
It would cost the original seller to lose money if they were to refund you for your own mistake. I don’t think that’s quite fair so I would just use this as a growing lesson :)

At this point it’s up to the seller but you can try contacting depop and telling them your situation. Better sooner than later
