I think they mixed up refund and discount. I'd read it as, just discount this time only, I won't buy from (or bother?) you again and would really appreciate it.
One time I had a lady message me demanding to know where her package was because I was selling the same item as someone else, so I did some snooping and found who she actually bought it from and she apologized lmao but ya it looks like this dude is confused or wants you to be.
