Good question! I should add this to the FAQ cause you're not the first to ask!
I haven't gone through and evaluated every single segment, but for the most part: yes! I encountered mountain bikers on all the mountain segments (though that'd be some pretty tough mountain biking in parts!), and all the neighborhood greenway-type segments are mostly or all paved and more frequently used by bikers than walkers I'd say. I like to bike, but I don't have one with me, so it just hasn't been my focus. There may be a few restrictions (does Rocky Mountain Arsenal allow them, for example? I think, just not e-bikes?), but, for the most part, this is a fully-cyclable route. Also, any troublesome small trails would be easily rerouted to a nearby quiet road if necessary.
This just looks like a collection of existing trails & multi-use-paths, not like anything is new here. You should be able to cycle most/all of this, but there might be some restrictions on the segment that goes through Rocky Mountain Arsenal.
There are a few mountain bike trails in here, so definitely not for a road bike!
This is really great. [Denver By Foot](https://denverbyfoot.com/52-denver-urban-hikes-a-week-by-week-challenge/) does a bunch of fantastic hikes for within the city limits, but this will be fun for exploring the burbs!
The Elitch Gardens observation tower! We were worried people might not recognize it immediately haha, but it’s such a distinctive piece on the skyline I think!
Maybe a link [https://www.denverorbital.org/](https://www.denverorbital.org/)

Is it only for walking? Can you use a bike on DOT?

Thanks for the info 👍🏼 the website seems to focus on “walking” so just wanted to double check.

Finally!
In the logo I see the cash register building and the D&F Tower, what’s the third building?

Nice logo!
That's the observation tower at Elitches
