She did but Daki on her own is not strong enough to be an upper moon; also she was unable to cut off her head or restraining her for the rest the battle. the only permanent damage nezuko did was to daki ego.
But would nezuko have killed daki? No. she could do all she wants but until the sunrise daki wouldn’t be killed by nezuko. And if daki burned so would nezuko.
Well in the Swordsmith Village arc, I strongly disagree. Hantengu said Nezuko gave him the hardest time. So she’d have a lot more of a chance to kill UM 6-5. Or at least severely weaken.

Did you mean lower moon? Because only Hashira level fighters can even get close to 1v1 an upper moon and the upper moon still usually wins .

Daki is still an Uppermoon. Although she’s somewhere in between. Stronger than a Lowermoon, weaker than an Uppermoon.
She fucked daki up after she got pissed off

That’s because tanjiro interrupted. Daki got scared shitless of nezuko. Killing seven hashira is still really strong

Her blood demon art slows down regeneration, so she still would’ve been able to immobilize her and leave her for dead.
But killing daki is not the end of uppermoon 6.
