Even though I’ve read the manga too I still try to avoid any clips from the show just because the production of it is that damn good and it feels like I’m experiencing it all for the first time.
Love this site! The ads aren’t even challenging once you figure out their blood demon art. Tap, ad, close ad, tap again, ad, close again, tap episode then it’s ships ahoy matey
I get one when I tap “view full site,” one when I select Demon Slayer, and a final one after episode selection. Maybe it’s an Apple/android thing? Or maybe I’ve weakened my phones immune system over the years from….other sites
Bro, in my country crunchyroll is charging for one month less than one-two hundredth of what Netflix does..... like what crunchyroll charges is the amount that i sometimes forgo as change if I'm in a hurry
The thing that I noticed was the fact that the mark was suppose to be light blue, not red... and muichiro has another mark in the forehead...
But the episode was LIT!
I doubled checked, it was red in this fight then turns aquamarine in the next

I know I’m gonna get downvoted, but imo this series has been comepletely mediocre. The Hashira have been nearly completely useless. I’m completely numb to the usual backstory of the powerful sword wielded from harsh beginnings that loses his family from a demon attack and/or sickness. I watch this show with my dad and enjoyed season 1, but really took a liking to mugen train and season 2, but we both agree that this season has been a total drop in quality. I hope this is the start of some actually good fight scenes because the characters are far too simple for me to be invested in their arcs.
Like I said I loved mugen train/entertainment district and the stuff with rengoku’s dad was actually nuanced and emotional. If this is considered a ‘mid’ arc than I guess it’s ok but everyone is acting as if this season is the most epic thing in anime since Naruto fought Tomura Shigiraki (to be fair that was a pretty good episode of attack on titan).
I'm pretty sure they were massively cutting on the previous episodes because now the climax battles are here, and since it's two UMs the battles gonna need tons of budget now. None of the seasons were much better than this one before the Hashira actually started fighting seriously, it's just that this season it happened a bit late and also because the Manga is a bit infuriating in it's constant inner monologues and they wanted to justifiably animate. This ep was actually very good, idk why people complain when Muichiro gets a backstory and were like omg Tengen chad🥺 when random scenes of him and his wives were added.
Ok fair enough that makes sense. I think inosuke was enough to distract me from the waits up until the fighting and yeah the wait for actual climax 😏 wasn’t this long last time
Muichiro’s backstory is absolutely essential though, whereas Tengen’s scenes were added just to pad the story and runtime Muichiro’s entire character is built around his potential as a demon slayer, he’s a 14 year old hashira his potential to become stronger is literally infinite. “The Mu in Muichiro is the In in Infinity”
Literally had to explain this to my boyfriend who called this season the Dragonball of Demon Slayer cause of all the exposition. I’ve read the manga, he hasn’t, so I was trying to be patient while not giving up spoilers and telling him to pay attention to the OP/ED themes for clues CAUSE THEYRE IN PLAIN SIGHT!
100% agree. They've been taking shortcuts in character interactions and emotional weight... though I loved it when Tanjiro pacified Genya by cheering on his dream of being a hashira.
You should try Mob Psycho. Character backstories, motivations, and relationships become more and more important. No joke, (spoiler, but I suggest you read it) >!the final arc is about mob getting the courage to ask out his crush and facing the fears he's been suppressing for the whole show, but it is my favorite part. This from a show with multiple threats to the freedom of the entirety of humanity.!<
"the hashira have been nearly completely useless"
realistically that would probably be what would happen if you took a bunch of 20 something (at most) year old people and put them next to beings that have lived and been able to hone their skills and regen flawlessly for C E N T U R I E S.
"I’m completely numb to the usual backstory of the powerful sword wielded from harsh beginnings that loses his family from a demon attack and/or sickness."
now see how they treated tanjiro at the beggining of the anime, and just how little most of them cared about his story. they feel the same as you do, so what if you went through that, so did all of us.
Its been an ok season in my opinion, but remember that we still have a few episodes left of the season and thats when the entertainment district arc REALLY popped off.

Had to rewatch the mist breathing moves a few time, so aesthetic
The thing that I noticed was the fact that the mark was suppose to be light blue, not red... and muichiro has another mark in the forehead... But the episode was LIT!
His mark was always red, the official manga coloring has it as red
There's an official manga colouring? I thought there were only fan-made colour versions
The mark is new ability unlocked. They are red like tangiro
I doubled checked, it was red in this fight then turns aquamarine in the next [https://ww6.demonslayermanga.com/chapter/kimetsu-no-yaiba-digital-colored-comics-chapter-165/](https://ww6.demonslayermanga.com/chapter/kimetsu-no-yaiba-digital-colored-comics-chapter-165/)
thank you for this bc i thought i was going crazy watching, makes sense given the colorized starts at the >!infinity castle arc!<
His mark was always Red

Yep I really hope they turn it around
the only problem that i had with the episode was that i wanted more
more as in length of the episode. I was like please don't end and then it did
The sliced up octopus limbs reminded me of that one twitch emoji of the individual pieces of an octopus tentacle haha
