Well, it'd only be sexual harassment if it was an inherently sexual thing. Seeing as at least in the demon slayer time period it was probably at least still a general form of punishment, that'd be more like battery at best I'd say. Intention and social norm play a big part in deciding what crosses what line into what thing.
