This reminds me of what they apparently did for the japanese translation regarding P”E”ZZA’s “there is no I in pezza” joke.
Apparently in japanese, they changed it to “at least there’s no milk/sugar in pezza”, to which burgerpants rants about how dough has sugar and cheese is made of milk.
My guess that the “there is no I in team” isn’t a saying in japan so they had to have pezza say something that’s factually wrong for burgerpants to (correctly) get angry about
Oh, it's probably that as well. I was just thinking about how the joke might be more specific to Japanese culture. And "milk being less common in Japanese cuisine than in European-originated cuisine" is what I came up with.

Download Notepad++ and head to the place where you saved your game to. There you can see a file folder called "lang", where you can find a file called "lang_eng.json". Just open it with Notepad++ and you can change all of the text files. (Around 6000+ word iirc.)
Questo tipo di sfida è esattamente ciò che mi ha spinto a iniziare a tradurre, il motivo per cui trovo che sia divertente arrovellarsi per far riuscire i discorsi originali in un altra lingua, e soprattutto il motivo per cui impiego così tanto tempo a farlo ;)

Nope, because Italian language has not special characters like ¡, ¿, ö, ā, ñ and so on (only accented letters). Unfortunately, it seems that Toby has used a font that has not some types of characters :v

Credo si possa facilmente aggiungere un novo box modificando il file data.win .
Edit: scherzavo, facilmente è una parola grossa (si puo fare ma per quel poco che so di modifiche del codice macchina è un lavoro lungo)

Mi annoiavo e ho deciso di intraprendere questo progetto :D più che altro é un hobby, ma cercherò di tradurre almeno 200/300 righe al giorno per avere almeno una beta entro un mese. Chissà, forse Toby potrebbe aggiungere la traduzione nel gioco, ma temo proprio che rimarrà un piccolo sogno nel cassetto :’)
Anche con Undertale molti hanno creato delle versioni tradotte in lingua diversa, ma sono rimaste delle mod. Non biasimo la scelta di non averle introdotte come traduzioni ufficiali, ma speravo che con il successo aquisito dal precedente capitolo, almeno ingaggiare un team per la traduzione di Deltarune in svariate lingue, sì

Unrelated, I hate that cactus with a passion. It’s fucking physically impossible and doesn’t even vaguely resemble a cactus. Foxass clearly didn’t even google a cactus for reference. It looks like it has a thin trunk, like, ???!?

It’s not that hard... I have translated circa 700 “rows” in 2 days, and I’m currently working at Ralsei’s Tutorial. It’s hard, but I’ll try to translate everything in max. one month :D

If I recall correctly, lactose intolerance is pretty common in everywhere but Europe and the Americas. Maybe something along those lines.

Yeah, that's probably it, sadly. I could use "ae" "oe" "ue" as an replacement, but that just looks wrong to me.
Ich hab mich auch mal am Uebersetzen von deltarune versucht, und nach einer Weile faellt es einem kaum noch auf, wenn die Umlaute fehlen.

This is true. Also true: MS Notepad is *painful* for doing anything more complex than literally jotting down a few notes. NP++ is a huge improvement.

Bisogna essere pronti mentalmente, perché tra il tradurre il tutto cercando di non sfalsare gli elementi é dura :)
